Who should use the Lodgix.com vacation rental management application? Our target market is the 1 to 60 properties or rooms under management segment of the market. Whether you are a vacation rental owner, a B&B operator, a property manager, a condo association or a small boutique hotel, this software will work great for you.
At 60 or more properties / rooms, most property managers will have more advanced requirements such as property owner login, property owner reporting, maintenance scheduling, quickbooks integration, etc. These items are all scheduled for release in early 2011, but are not present in the current application.
I tried a couple of web-based vacation rental software products, Lodgix.com hands down has the easiest to use interface and the most flexible rate table.
